Charagar Foundation, a not-for-profit / non-Government Organization, has been established with the intention of making a positive change in society: financially helping patients from vulnerable sections of the population across the country and specially from Gilgit-Baltistan. Due to lack of advanced medical facilities in rural areas, most of the serious cases are brought to the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Many families belong to lower financial class and can’t afford hefty medical expenses. Charagar wants to lend them a helping hand.
